<p>Yep, that’s true. The system crashes because so many people are accessing the site. I heard that going on campus, getting away from all the people in the dorms, will help you because the internet will be faster. I’m not completely sure about that though because I stayed in my dorm when I signed up for second-year housing.</p>
<p>It’s frustrating because sometimes you’ll make it to the last page of the application, and then it would crash so you have to log back in and redo everything. </p>
<p>Wake up early and try to log in right when the site becomes accessible. Be aware of who’s getting in. Use their computer. The site kept crashing on me for an hour. My friend got through okay so I went over to his dorm, used his laptop, and submitted my application after experiencing only one crash.</p>
<p>If you want VDC or Norte, you better wake up early because it is super competitive. If you want CV or dorming again, I heard that you can wait until later, like around noon, to submit your application.</p>
