<p>i’ve lived in both the apartments and the residence halls, and no, there is no price difference. a single in the apartments $ = a single in the res halls. </p>
<p>the main differences (or at least in erc!!): apartments are probably more than 90% sophomores, so it’s much more quiet and deserted. apartments also are like mini suites with 4 single rooms, a kitchen with refrigerator/oven/microwave, a dining room, a living room, 2 open room sinks, and one closed separate toilet room and one closed separate shower room.</p>
