How come USC is not included in the "Top CC Universities"?

<p>USC is one of those schools that has run up the ranks really quickly in the past 10 years. Regardless, it’s going to take time for USC to firmly solidify its reputation–especially here on the East Coast–just as it would with any university.</p>
