<p>The transcript request form might be accepted by your community college, but they generally have a form of their own they prefer you use. Your community college will be VERY familiar with the process.</p>
<p>Because the transcripts contain your name and birthdate, it isn’t usually a problem for universities to match them up. If you are concerned, you can request an official, sealed transcript be delivered to you. Then write your name and USC ID# on the OUTSIDE of the transcript envelope (don’t open it or it is no longer official), put it in a larger envelope and send it off.</p>
