<p>USNA has to invite YOU, David. You can’t ask to go. They send invites to candidates for the incoming class - and if you ask us all - we can’t tell you the whys and wherefores of how they choose to invite people. Some get invites and no Appointments, some get Appointments and no invites. </p>
<p>If you are a high school senior, waiting on the class of 2010 Appointment, it’s probably too late to expect a CWV now. If you have your NASS application in for 2011, you are in the admissions cycle already, and as your application gets completed for the Class of 2011, come fall ( our daughter got her invite Sept. 28th and her LOA Oct. 3 last year) you may get a CWV.
