How do I transfer from ILR into the Arts and Sciences before the start of my freshmen

<p>why do so many people treat ILR as a cheap way to get into Cornell…that’s what I feel from reading these posts. ILR has a great program and people who apply there should do so for right reasons. This is an outrage.</p>
