How Do You Clean White Tile Grout?

Finazzzle. I bought it several years ago at Walmart but didn’t try it until last year on my 1977 white tile with white grout bathroom floor. Absolutely amazing results with little effort and no odor!! Didn’t realize how dirty the grout was–yikes! The key was to allow it to sit for 30-40 minutes before wiping away. Really didn’t have to do much scrubbing --I had a toothbrush but actually wiping with a sponge took care of the bulk of it! After I started cleaning, I had to be sure to clean the entire floor because there was such a difference. Was hoping I wouldn’t run out before I finished. Really, the grout was as white as the tile. Don’t know if it can be purchased in stores anymore, but they have a website with many products now. Worth the hassle of ordering online. I know I must sound like an infomercial, but it really was unbelievable!!

of course it’s “spam.” I am just curious about the model. Does Tilex actually pay people to scour (pun intended) the internet looking for discussions that they can bring back to the top wherein their product is recommended? I wouldn’t think anyone would do it unless they could get paid for it. And since they didn’t originate the thread themselves they are not really “spamming” in the traditional sense.

But, my wife’s answer to “How Do You Clean White Tile Grout?” is to renovate the entire bathroom. :D

I just used clorox gel bleach on our white grout - worked very well but it did reveal that some chunks of grout were missing. Can I just patch it up or does the whole grout line need to be re-done?
