<p>Well from what I’ve heard there wasnt a 15k scholarship back then, atleast none that I know of. I’m hoping that by cutting the OOS Full Tuition scholarships, there will be more of the lesser scholarships. </p>
<p>@artloversplus: yea that really seems to confirm what I’ve heard. Merit scholarships at UC are hard to come by and few in number…</p>
