Specifically I’m referring to business jobs in large corporate settings. Before anyone laughs condescendingly, business classes are hard, or at least maybe just the ones I happen to be taking. I keep hearing that employers don’t factor GPA all that much and say the cutoff is like a 3.0, but still I’m curious how much would a fairly large corporation weigh that on a scale of 1-10 in giving out internships or jobs to recent grads?

My GPA already isn’t stellar but it’s above 3.0 and i did well in business classes so far. But recently I’m struggling in one or two business classes this semester and I’m getting nervous of how big a hole I just fell in. I’m not planning to transfer out or anything like that but I want to know if it’s something really serious I need to take care of now or kind of put to the side and focus on othe things.
