<p>Some old line of credit that I’ve never heard of from a federal savings bank that doesnt seem to exist any more from 26 yrs ago is still listed on the title. The Mortgage was refi’ed at least twice since then and it never came up. Have never heard of this and in 26 yrs if it was still out there something would have shown up somewhere, sometime.</p>

<p>My friend is a paralegal and used to do title searches. She said she’s glad she’s not doing them any longer. There is not enough budget to do a search justice. She said she wouldn’t be comfortable having her name associated with a search done with the time constraints present now.</p>
