slights - You mentioned CTY AP classes are recognized by the College Board. That is stated on the CTY website. But it does not mean a lot because if the OP takes CTY AP classes they still won’t show on his highschool transcript because his school does not accept dual enrollment.
Also, AP credit has more than one meaning: a) to be listed on HS transcript and receive credit for HS school (your interpretation - I apoligize for oversighting your interpretation). b) to receive credit in college so that the student will not have to retake class in college. Anyone who took the College Board AP exam with high mark will receive the credit - the highschool transcript is irrelevant.
