You are a good applicant. I think you are categorizing most of these 1 off.

Michigan and CMU - High Reach

Georgia Tech - Reach

UMD and Purdue - High Target

WPI and Virginia Tech - Target

I would add 2 safer schools, but I am betting on 1 or both your targets coming through. I sort of think 2/2 and 1/2 of the high targets.
