But GPA is not everything, companies want people with personalities. You want your GPA to be good, but you also need to have social skills. I’ll be a senior at purdue, and the company i’m at now, does not hire engineers unless they have a personality. Above a 3.0 and you’re fine.

<p>Plenty of 3.5-4.0s with personality. Take ECE 477 and you’ll meet them :P</p>
