How many beers can you drink? Alcoholics only reply

I find it very comforting to know that someone in the Air National Guard is a self proclaimed 12 year drunk.

I feel that I should make you all aware that coors isn’t actually beer. Do not believe the labels, because as with other products (such as extra virgin olive oil), the versions you get in america aren’t the real version. In Europe there is a law defining for example “extra virgin”, whereas the american version is cheaper, not so good for you, and not extra virgin!!!

Anyway… what you call beer is actually lager. Beer should actually be served only just below room temperature (not freezing like lager!), and is also know as Bitter. It is dark and has a head and is only very slightly carbonated.

And if you’re a real man you drink stout (ie. Guinness) which isnt carbonated and should really be served at room temperature.

If you’re going to go for a drinking record, try it with real beer and you’ll soon discover if you can drink lol.

I’m sorry but I dont understand the allure of drinking yourself to a near comatose state

Of course, I may be a somewhat naive hs senior who hasnt experienced college life… eh, I’m still not the frat guy type

You never know. It’s funny what some say and then what changes.

“And if you’re a real man you drink stout (ie. Guinness) which isnt carbonated and should really be served at room temperature.”

ON the guinness bottle doesn’t it say “serve extra cold”

they market it for what the public wants :stuck_out_tongue:
Freezing all sorts of beers is a recent fad. Witness Guinness Extra Cold which is a relatively new invention. Tastes awful, and it’s just normal Guinness that is served colder!

hmmmm… I never realized a “beer” could be served warmer than freezing. I guess i will need to expirement a little.

2 bottles in 5 days

haha beer can be served warmer than freezing. Just to go a frat party hahaha. I love wam beer :P.

I don’t see how thats possible. basically, your BAC would be around 1% if you drank 66 beers in 24 hours, and over that after 112 in 48 hrs.

Try reading the article on the Scottish guy who had this up to 3.6% and didn’t die. Whatta beast!! (Don’t try that at home) P.S. I could never find it again if I tried.

I dunno if i should post this in a beer forum but i personally like BACARDI 151
That 75percent alcohol really gets to the point and the best is when u chase it with beer. Just my 2 cents

century club anyone?

“century club” What is that? 100 beers in 1 day?

I love Century Club…

My friend did Bicentennial club. And earlier that morning did Century Club by himself.

P.S. Century Club is 100 shots of beers in a hundred minutes, so 200 shots of beers in 200 minutes is 25 beers in 3 hours and 20 min

i find it hard to believe anyone could do bicentennial…if he did it legitimately thats amazing.

it took me two years to get even to century, i had trouble getting past the mid-80s for awhile. i dont smoke, but smoking during century club relaxes me and helps me to finish the competition.

btw, power hour & century club are harder than they sound. you may laugh at the ease of the first 20 shots the first time you do it, but you will be amazed how fast the time begins to go by.

I would highly recommend downloading a power hour mix cd if you haven’t done it before.

He did not do it without throwing up, he threw up twice, but still he finished.

And I can’t believe this thread has gone this long without anyone pointing this out… but 112 beers in two days… is 56 not 66 per day… ;)

I noticed that too but but dind’t point it out becasue that is still s h it load of beer for 1 day

I’m a girl, a little under 5’4" and not big

20 beers in a night
a bottle of rum in a night
a bottle of vodka another night
half a bottle of 151 the night I was kicked out of a bar

watch out Cornell :p

I usually don’t drink those amounts, however…if I did I’d be quite fat
