“With a 10.8% admission rate, I doubt that many people (including Yalies) with low LSAT scores can get into UVA Law, even ED.”

People with relatively low LSAT (mid 160s) and high GPA (3.9+) aiming for the T14’s tend to ED to UVa. The main point is, the fact that UVa’s admissions rate for Yalies is much lower than that of HYS and other better law schools suggests that the Yalies applying to UVa aren’t the same caliber as the ones applying to HYS. You can argue that Yalies applying to UVa are of the same caliber as the ones applying to HYS and that UVa just doesn’t like Yalies, but I don’t think that argument is sound at all.
