We were married in 1986 and are still happily together.</p>
<p>Neither of my kiddos are involved in any serious relationships, so they’re not likely heading for the altar any time soon. S will be 23 this year & D is turning 21. Not ready to be in-laws or grandparents anyway, so hope they will continue wait awhile.</p>

No – separated after 13 years, divorced after 18; I doubt I would ever marry again even if it were legal.</p>
<p>I find it quite interesting that almost everyone who’s posted got married for the first time when they were in their 20’s. Back then, I knew almost nobody who got married before the age of 30.</p>
<p>Then again, the people I was friends with weren’t generally known for their romantic prowess. Or were gay. Or both.</p>
