<p>The rich rent out their mega mansions all the time for gross amounts of money. Even the middle class rents out vacation properties when not in use.</p>
<p>Read about the Movie Stars who rent out their villas.</p>
<p>Nothing new about how to make a buck; if you are rich well - obviously you know how to make the most money from you assets.</p>
<p>If you are dirt poor and have no assets, you cannot make a buck less work for someone else or be self employed</p>
<p>This is how Capitalism works in the good ol’ USA</p>
