<p>I think you did a fine job of backing out. Clearly, you gave your word you’d attend too soon. As I’ve always said there is a lot more to learn about college than just what one gets in a classroom. You’ve now learned some lessons about patience, integrity, and being courteous. Put these lessons together and you’ll be a better person in the future. Not to say you’re bad now, but meaning that, well, isn’t that much of what college is all about? Improving oneself?
