<p>Sorry for the confusion. Since Brown acknowledges that it is very case-by-case, I wanted to ask others what their experiences were with the waiver. Because it’s so relative, I’m not sure how a University would “let you slide” (slide based on what criteria?). Also, from reading through the boards, there have been some people who have said they have gotten waivers at some places, and not received them elsewhere. No one I know personally has applied to a school that requires the NCP, so all I wanted was to get some clarification/insight on the process.</p>
