<p>Coming Late to class: Locked out; cannot come in unless excused</p>
<p>Staying on School Grounds: Don’t care</p>
<p>Walking in the Halls: Extremely crowded. Occasional nods at friends.</p>
<p>Etc.: Canadian public. I think that pretty much sums everything up. Only around 25% move on to some type of post-secondary institution.</p>
