<p>attendance: if you cut its supposed to lower your grade by one half step. if you cut enough it can lead to a fail, obviously. you only need a parent’s phone call to get excused</p>
<p>homework: depends on the teacher. most of my teachers dont grade homework, except one who assigns about half of it in our book (which goes ungraded) and the other half is writing stuff that we have to turn in to be graded</p>
<p>staying on school grounds: we have an open campus for all grades. basically you can be wherever you want as long as you get back for your classes/assemblies/whatever</p>
<p>coming late to class: im pretty sure theres an official policy on this (i.e. some amount of tardies will equal a cut and if youre >15 minutes late itll count as a cut) but it really depends on the teacher. ive been marked late for 5 minutes but had no trouble coming inlater than that to other classes. it also depends on why youre late, and theyre pretty trusting</p>
<p>walking in the halls during class: as long as youre not cutting class you can be anywhere on campus</p>
<p>etc: we have no dress code at all, and coming from a fairly strict (button down + tie) uniform in middle school i gotta say its awesome. i can wear a potleaf tshirt and noone will blink an eye</p>
