How to create Resume/CV for Admissions

<p>Compile a list of all the activities you have done in HS (Freshman - Senior year). Note which years you did which activities. Consider what positions you had in each one.</p>

<p>Create a table in MS Word. You can use the following columns:</p>

<p>Activitiy, Years Active, Positions Held, Responsibilities/Activities performed.</p>

<p>Fill it out.</p>

<p>You can save it as a MS Word Document or PDF and email it to OAFA after you send in your regular application (which you will get an application number for).</p>
