There are rumors that she’s a psychopath!
Shouldn’t we be concerned about that?
What if it is true?
Don’t we have a moral and ethical obligation to prevent a scenario that could potentially harm our organization?
We had a forensic investigator collect and analyze her digital track, and there is something fishy about it. She said, she is more comfortable online than offline that’s why she has more interactions online, but we don’t buy it. We think she’s a manipulator who uses her online persona to make herself more smart or attractive.
She acted so callously or angrily when we confront her about her psychiatric condition. We think that she’s showing signs of narcissism, Machiavellism, paranoia.
We’ve made many discoveries about her, enough to potentially sent her to prison.
She’s been late, and absent many times saying she felt unsafe in the workplace. She exaggerates about her working condition saying we have overstepped her boundaries, but we think anyone who could possibly be given a higher position should be thoroughly investigated. Besides, she’s trying to take a short-cut while many of us work hard to get where we are.
That’s not fair, and she should feel ashamed that she’s in this path, though, there is no formality, and she didn’t really apply for the opportunity.
