So you are saying that with a $1500 a month job, you can pay OOS tuition for tOSU, and all of your other expenses?
Explore the option of getting a job where you will (eventually) be eligible for tuition benefits at tOSU. As suggested above, that could be your solution.
Adding…you are doing a lot of very good things to help your family. Please don’t lose sight of that. Sometimes family first needs to be your motto.
Which is why posters are advising you to rather go to one of these schools.

After 282 posts, I don’t believe anyone on this website can help you. A variety of suggestions and experiences have been provided and nothing seems to help your situation. The answer is not here because:
1). We don’t work there,
2). We can’t influence, nor make any tOSU decisions about your issue.
3). Your situation is complex, unique, and confusing, and the only option to solve it, is at the Residency Office at tOSU.
The posters have tried to find solutions and options, but it hasn’t helped you or your situation.
