How to get in

I don’t think anything you do during the college application process other than pick a school that you will do well in and that has a good medical careers committee will affect your chances at med school. It is what you do in college that Med Schools look at (GPA, Volunteering, Research, MCATs).

However, you may want to explore if a medical career is for you now somewhat by volunteering at your local hospital/nursing home, etc. You would want to take challenging science classes to ensure that you like them and are good at them.
