<p>No, I don’t have time! In a public a school, my GC is working with 750+ students, so the school usually requires seniors to make requests no later than 10/1 or 10/15. After these dates, no more schools can be added!</p>

<p>By the way, I <em>heard</em> USC requires a 9 x12 envelope with three ‘forever’ stamps to put recommendation letter. Is that so? Not the business letter envelope?</p>
