<p>I was the opposite as a mid, trying to catch a ride to georgetown on many weekends as a youngster. Depending on how willing you are to deal with public transportation it is definitely doable. My brother used to live in the Federal Hill section of Baltimore and I was able to catch a bus that went from a block outside gate 3 to Patapsco, which was about a 5-10 drive from my brothers. Granted, the trip did take upwards of 90 minutes (vice 30 or 35 when you just shoot up 97) but as a youngster or 2/c without a car, it was worth it.</p>
