How to transition from SAT to ACT when aiming for perfect score?

Having exhausted the SAT at an average 2260, I have been advised to attempt the ACT at least once to try for a 35/36 that puts me in good stead for top schools given my international status. In around 2 - 4 weeks of steady prep, how should I best approach the 4 sections on the ACT, given that I am well versed with SAT Math (770), SAT Writing (800) and Math Level 2?

Reading was by far my worst section on the SAT and I am not accustomed to ACT Science (heard there’s not much Science)

I am grateful for any guidance and advice. Any useful books for prep will also be appreciated.

Thanks
