How would I self report my GPA on a 4.0, 4.5 and 5.0 scale for scholarships?

On a 4.0 scale, classes convert to

90-100 is 4 points
80-80.99 is 3 points

and so on.

Add 0.5 for honors and 1 for AP to get weighted GPA.

Then recalculate your GPA.

This is the most common formula. Of course now people will post 50 thousand exceptions, but this is the most commonly used.
