<p>Not many of us are familiar with the program (this was a recent thread that received almost no responses: <a href=“http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/brown-university/1183281-modern-culture-media-brown.html[/url]”>http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/brown-university/1183281-modern-culture-media-brown.html</a>), unfortunately. It looks like it’d require a decent amount of time, and people say that it’s pretty theoretical. Once upon a time, I heard that it was viewed by Brown students as an easier major, but I haven’t heard that lately and submit that most majors are as difficult as you choose to make them. The ability to take film classes at RISD is a plus, but setting up your schedule around such classes can be a pain, I gather.</p>
