How's the blizzard?

My D is stuck in IV watching out the window with classes canceled. Just wondering how it’s going, especially for student in dorms with no food.

Well I’m not a student yet since I’m still in hs, but it’s starting to slow down (just north of boston), but shoveling all of it is terrible! We got like 16 inches

Oh don’t worry, they won’t starve. “Essential” areas are still open (aka food). Plus it wasn’t even that bad, even during the worst times. Some people had a big snowball fight near Speare, I heard.

It’s awesome. It’s slowed down but we’ve all enjoyed a day off of classes and work… up in mission hill people are sledding and building snowmen. Luckily we all live in apartments with landlords who do all the shoveling, and our favorite mission hill pizza place was open. And I have beer in the fridge so I’m set.

As far as blizzards go, I give it about 7/10. Not actually THAT much snow here (maybe about 12-14 inches?), everything has been plowed by now, not much snow falling anymore.

Yeah it’s actually a little sad… I live off campus and except for a car outside that is literally completely buried because of the snow plows, it really don’t look all that exciting. Although the nearby parking lots are pretty fluffy looking…

Check this out, it’s pretty cool
