<p>As a transfer student, I don’t know if you can pick a dorm or if you just pick a living-learning community. Honors is quieter but very small (my floor had 18 people), and it’s hard to get a room there. I’d probably recommend somewhere on North Quad; there are more people, and a lot of people who live there do roommate lotteries.</p>
<p>My friend goes to American, and she’s majoring in political science. I have no idea what you want to do after college, but she likes the internship opportunities there. A few of my friends at Miami are International Studies majors (and all of them have a second major), but I don’t know anything about internships or courses through that department. It’s hard to compare International Studies with Economics, though.</p>
