My daughter did not receive a call but did receive an email on March 13 saying “Thank you for applying to Cornell …stay calm’ and continue to attend to your work and activities with integrity etc…”. I thought it was an odd time to send a stay calm email, but she did get in! So maybe it was an attempt of reassurance? Maybe just sent to everyone but for future applicants to human ecology not receiving a call does not mean you won’t get in. And maybe receiving the email is a good sign?
