As a Senior… I would consider trying to get into the Sophie Davis School of Biomedical sciences which is at City. Its a 7 year route to MD and if you can get it, its probably the best way to go.
Once you finish your freshmen year, you can apply to the Mount Sinais flex med program. You wont have to sit the MCAT and you are guaranteed a place at their Medical school once you graduate.
