I am afraid that, since I have a low UW gpa and class rank, I can't get into a good computer science program. What should I do?

5.20 weighted GPA (5 on-levels, 5.5 Honors courses, 6 AP’s)
80/600(Pretty competitive high school)
1600 SAT
