<p>I am sure Duke is not alone in having poor students with full financial aid.</p>
<p>I do wonder if there are any rules in FA that prevented her from earning basic pocket money during the year and/or have a summer job starting the end of first year. This is something colleges should help out with so students don’t feel deprived from having an occasional lunch or dinner outside.</p>
