I know it sounds awful to ask, but what were your stats like? I mean just GPA, SAT/ACT, race, legacy, and just if your ECs were great or decent or what, nothing detailed, don’t wanna nag. Emory’s my first choice by far (and my ED school), so I’m just trying to get a good feel of my chances.

I’ve grown up around Emory (my grandparents live around the corner, and I live in a town maybe an hour and a half away), so I know the area, and Emory’s a little out of the way (from downtown, and other places) so when you wanna’ go out, how do you get around? Because as you and I both know, Atlanta’s unlike other large cities in that it’s so spread out.

I couldn’t get in trouble for leaving my car at my grandparent’s house and taking transit to pick it up could I lol? I like to do things downtown, and play golf at a club in Tucker, so yeah.

Also, everyone complains that Emory has a lack of “student body unity” or whatever, and not that I really care, but would you say this is true?

Would you say that people who enjoy being social, and maybe drinking lightly, but not frat-style partying would have an easy time finding friends at Emory or not?

And lastly, what’s your favorite thing about Emory, and if there was one thing you could change about Emory, what would it be?
