I-day Scheduling

^^^would agree. We had a large group with us, so planned a dinner in one of the resturants by city dock about an hour after the oath of office, giving everyone plenty of time to get there. Booking ahead, we were able to reserve a private room and that worked out great. Keep in mind, it is a long say- add in lots of sun, heat and the emotional factor and some may want to just get back to their hotel for a hot shower and an early night! In our case, everyone did stay the night and we gathered the next morning for breakfast before aunts and uncles, cousins, friends, grandparents and godparents all scattered back to their home states! Personally, I was glad I didn’t have to travel anywhere the evening of I-Day…
