@shehzburger You can TAG To any of the UCs offering TAG (except Davis, which has that spring 2019 CCC rule) as long as you have 30 semester units from anywhere by end of this summer. UCSB allows only 10 of those 30 semester units to be from AP. The others do not currently have any AP limitation. You then need to fulfill at least 30 units at a CCC by end of spring 2020. As @mikemac noted, Davis is not in the running.
While the TAG rules may change for fall entry 2020, I don’t expect any UC to take the draconian measures that Davis creates in order to add loopholes. Of course, the rules will be out soon.
