<p>I don’t know why people complain about Hyde Park. I like the area. I go into New York City on a regular basis, so when I heard everyone say that Hyde Park was crappy I was thinking of the slums of Brooklyn or Queens, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that the area was not bad at all. Chicago is a great city too. It is a smaller, cleaner, and more polite version of NYC. </p>
<p>And I don’t think there is any particular reason to be overly worried about campus safety. When I walked around campus I felt like I was in a little bubble. Safty never once crossed my mind… </p>
<p>Oh, I also wouldn’t have minded a tad more nerdiness.</p>
