There are few things you can do. 1. Go see a physician to make sure you are healthy. 2. Get an appointment with college mental health office, to eliminate depression. 3. Take a semester abroad. 4. Re-evaluate your interest in your current major. 4. Join a gym. 5. Join some fun student clubs or organizations. 6. If affordable consider transferring to another college.
Dropping out would have long term negative consequences so if nothing else helps then may be you can take a semester off to work and explore your options.
Whatever you do, discuss it with your parents first. Even if you don’t want their advice, no harm in listening to it.
