If I send score right now, it needs 3 to 5 weeks to arrive, is it too late?

Should I rush?

If I send score right now, it needs 3 to 5 weeks to arrive, is it too late?

Should I rush?

no, send it

I’m pretty sure you should rush…

but you should call Stanford and ask them yourself. And ask before they close for the break!!!

The offices have already closed. :(

no one has a definite answer?

same thing happened to me. i rushed. :/

Collegeboard is a bunch of douches. The schools get the scores electronically a few days after you send them regularly. If you rush the scores, they actually print it out on paper and mail it to them. I’m pretty sure most schools get annoyed with the rush reports because then they have to manually enter the scores. Send them regularly and keep your money.

Are you sure, mscnln? I have sent it regularly.

Stanford claimed in its website: “Students under Regular Decision should take the tests before mid-December. If you take the tests in time, you don’t need to use any rush service”

But also Stanford said: “you should manage to let your score send to Stanford before Dec 15th.”

I don’t think it would hurt. Just give it a try

I was also worried whether I should rush report,
but on the Stanford website, it says:

Applicants should make sure they plan to take the required standardized tests in time for the score reports to be received by Stanford before we begin reviewing applications. Single-Choice Early Action applicants must take the tests no later than October, and Regular Decision applicants must take the tests no later than mid December. If you follow these guidelines, you should not need to request a rush test report.

:-)

DON’T RUSH. I personally sent in my scores 5 days before the EA deadline and it got to Stanford a week later when I got the confirmation email. Collegeboard is just trying to steal your money. Don’t let them get to it.
