<p>That happened to me too, except that I sent in the application, but I never sent recommendations or an essay or the fee. I am currently attending said college. I say congratulations, and what they don’t know won’t hurt them.</p>

<p>It’s really weird if it was your dream school, unless your dream school happens to have much lower standards than your academic standing. I’ve only heard of that happening when there’s a huge difference in the college’s acceptance standards and the applicant’s credentials. It means you’re too awesome for the college haha! More importantly, make sure it’s the right school, that it’s really from them, and if they gave good financial aid.</p>
