<p>Yay!! I got my letter saying I was an Evans scholarship finalist as well. The dean (James Bock) called me today to congratulate, and was awful nice about it. </p>
<p>Why is Swarthmore so fond of such a costly service as fedex? I just received another “Congratulations! It is my pleasure to inform you…” package today. I don’t see why they were in such a hurry to send it though, since I was notified of my acceptance like 2 weeks ago. </p>
