<p>SAT scores actually correlate pretty well with intelligence. In [this</a> article](<a href=“http://www.psychologicalscience.org/pdf/ps/frey.pdf]this”>http://www.psychologicalscience.org/pdf/ps/frey.pdf) researchers found a correlation of 0.82 between SAT scores and “general intelligence” (however that is defined).</p>
