You’re an interesting candidate…that’s for sure. Here’s my snap judgement:

Harvard - No.
Boston college - Probably not. It’s a conservative place and you’re asking them to take a chance on you. Doesn’t seem like their style.
Boston University - Maybe.
U of Michigan - Maybe. It would be out of character for them to take you with your GPA unless you’re a recruited athlete, but they might. (Assume you’re in-state with references to Pontiac.) U-M will recalculate your GPA - throwing out your freshman year. So…since you say sophmore year is the year you did poorly - this, unfortunately, is going to be 1/2 of your GPA the Michigan way.
George washington u - Maybe - and, furthermore, why?
NYU - at Stern? I doubt it.

My advice is to apply at Michigan State and Indiana. Unlike at Michigan, you’d be guaranteed a spot in the B-School and both of them are top 25. Another thought is Carnegie Mellon - which has a heavy emphasis on quantitative - obviously your strength. You might also try someplace like Bradley in Boston that’s a pure business school and getting a lot of good press. Where did your references go to college? Their referral would mean a lot more at their alma mater than just any old school. You seem like the kind of person who will do very well in life - and it’s not going to matter much where you go. Good luck!
