<p>shellz, I think there should be some increase in pay tied to seniority. Most workplaces are like that, unless compensation is tied to sales, etc.</p>

<p>Parents didn’t like her because she actually made their kids do work. She had a few instances of parents coming in and yelling at her. The administration gave in to parent pressure…</p>
<p>That’s too bad. It’s unfortunate when parents don’t realize that they are limiting their children and administrators don’t believe in their own professional opinion.</p>
