<p>It should not hurt to talk to them. Let them know you just realized this error and uncertain how it happened. FA makes a big difference for you and ask them the fastest way to expedite things at this time. They will tell you to submit the FAFSA. I think you can do so online tonight by adding NYU’s school code on the FAFSA.</p>
<p>Let them know you have taken steps and ask when you can expect to hear. You have not missed the TAP (NYS, if it applies to you) deadline and the Pell awards have yet to be determined because of the budget needing to be passed by the federal govt. (I am fairly certain of this).</p>
