Hmm but for the common app, how would I fill out the transcript portion? Would I use the international applicant mode of filling it out, since I only have my 9th grade transcript on hand.

Use your 9-10th grade transcripts from the us school, then foe 11-12 list the subjects you prepared for the WAEC and any predicted results, mark, or rank that you have.
I actually just got my financial aid letter from PUC. It was my safety school but I guess following up with them and being really friendly with the admissions counselor helped a LOT. I got about 14k in scholarships, 9k in grants, and 5k in loans. That’s about 29k overall, so I only pay about 10 thousand! My parents are really considering it so I may not even have to apply for a Public School. Not to mention its relation to Loma Linda!
The nursing program at PUC is really good, as are the many pre-professional options
which would allow you to complete your desired degree at Loma Linda, if you aren’t specifically keen on nursing.
