<p>I’m confused, if you can’t pay what you are expected to pay, is there a choice? Did you turn in drastically different information in which you would expect financial aid to change significantly at this point? USC is a much bigger spirit school but both are great schools, it could come down to east coast/west coast/LA/DC. </p>
